Emily and Alice have worked incredibly hard to establish Lamb & Co as the leading local estate agency brand on social media, which in turn has enabled us to source tenants before your property has even hit the market. 

Our Letting Lambs really are one of a kind, and prize themselves on building rapport with both our landlords and tenants.  Lee, Coral, and Chloe are honest, knowledgeable, and passionate individuals who will go above and beyond at every step of the process. They don’t just find you the right tenant, but they’ll also take good care of your property day-to-day with tenants in situ as they treat every property as if it were their own. The Letting Lambs also have good relations with local tradespeople through our network of tried and trusted contractors, which takes a the weight off of your shoulders when maintenance is required.  

Aside from our strategic marketing and Letting Lambs who never take their fingers off the pulse – we also have procedures in place so we can always act in the best interest of landlords. We’re members of The Property Ombudsman Team and use a secure government approved scheme (DPS) to lodge your tenants’ deposits. Lee, Coral and Chloe also keep abreast of the relevant legislation affecting landlords to avoid the risk our landlords’ receiving fines or legal action. Finally, the team are on hand 6 days a week for tenants and landlords, and we’re that confident in our award-winning service that we do not require landlords to take out a contract with us.
